Do you remember Rachel’s Challenge? This organization has taught that this challenge does not have to just be a research assignment for students in schools but should be something that ignites compassion in each one who hears Rachel’s story and help us to remember to act on kindness in everyday situations.

First, if you do not know what Rachel’s Challenge is please click HERE to read a little about it.

I know that we can all agree that the world would be a happier better place if there was kindness everywhere. So why not act upon it ? It might just make a difference around you.

Many people around the world have expressed their love of kindness by donating to charities, contributing their time to help out others in their communities or like Rachel’s Challenge, helped spread this message of kindness to everyone or just simply smiled to the world and showed their compassion in anyway they could.

Although I am part of a different organization from Rachel’s Challenge, I still believe in having kindness towards everyone. I show this in many ways but my main goal is by showing it with the bible . I am not a priest or reverend but to me, what better way is there to be kind than by teaching people about God, the one who is kind to us and can really give us complete happiness. This kindness to share information that can save lives is very important to me and I believe it can give hope of a happier life and compassionate world to those who choose to learn about it . That is one of my ways of showing kindness.

So I ask , what would you do to show your kindness to the world ?

Woah, how weird! I have been thinking about Rachel’s Challenge for the passed couple of days. I was a part of the program two years ago at my high school. How one simple act of kindness would start a chain reaction of kindness is just wonderful. I don’t know about showing kindness to the world, that is a phenomenon that can only be started by few, but really helping someone out in even the simplest of ways is all it takes.

I had never heard of Rachel’s Challenge before, thank you for highlighting this. How amazing what a small amount of kindness can do it certainly has me thinking of what I can do. Thank you.

Great article. Kindness is very important and while charity is a wonderful thing, people often forget that social interaction is a really good way to express kindness and it’s something that everyone can do.

It’s my first to hear about Rachel’s Challenge, but I can actually see your point here. Showing an act of kindness is our little contribution to make the world a better place, hoping that the others could pay forward in their own little way too. A very significant write-up.
