THESE ARE FEW THINGS YOU CAN DO FOR A HEALTHY LIVING-
1.Live ethically-you must have a stand in what you believe in.
2.Train your mind to be happy-do not always find yourself thinking of one problem or the other,try to always think of something that will make you feel happy.If nothing else,remember Jesus loves you.
3.Do what you love-always engage yourself in those things you find pleasure doing.this helps you mentally,physically,and otherwise.
4.Be generous-learn to shear with people no matter how little.Giving is living.
5.Nurture your faith and hope in God-attend fellowship with friends and serve God with your whole heart.
6.Smile often-smiling win friends and makes you look younger and attractive.Improve your relationship with your friends,spouse and family members by just wearing a smile.
Try all these and see yourself living a better and healthier life.
