The house I live in did have floors that were falling in and the bath tub was missing tiles. It’s one of those houses that should have been condemned a long time ago.

        I had to point my finger and use my mom means business voice at my landlord. He sent someone over to fix things around the house.

        They removed some rutted out wood and replaced it. They fixed my tiles in the bathroom. They did find termites. So the termite guy had to come out and spray. They also fixed a window that was rutting out and we found a mess of ants and killed them.

        The house feels almost new. I am very glad it got done. They were only here for two days. They got a lot done in those two days.
