Sales of products and services come from the companies manufacturing or trading them.  Business people on their own also provide the information on their products or services.  Another good source of information is from those who offer their services and providing information on their specialties.  Writers or reporters providing the information could be online publishers who have a staff of writers provide good information.  The information provided by these groups is based on both knowledge and research.  The biased or opinionated information are based on the pros and cons of a topic.  Information coming from different points of view provides better ideas on how things work.  Most of the time, it really depends on how it is interpreted.  Knowledge is based on a person’s grasp on the whole meaning of the information.
