Read more. Write more. Send letters to lost friends. Love faster. Speak honestly. Look at the stars when it’s clear. Drive to a place where it’s clear. Take your time. Take deep breaths. Sleep normally. Accept quiet. Be still. Focus on one (of your 5) sense at a time. Smile bigger. Laugh louder. Fake those last two things if you have to. Fool yourself. Accept religions. Accept people. Accept things you hate. Don’t make yourself like them though. Don’t be so serious. Don’t be so stupid. Don’t overthink common sense. Don’t take your parents for granted. Look from a few degrees left. Look from the ground. Accept your limited perspective. Pretend you have more. Love deeper. Cry when you have to. Laugh by yourself. Live by yourself. Learn to like just yourself. Create something. Inspire yourself. Then take that with you untill it fades away and do it again. Be aware of the things you spend your time thinking about. Be aware of the things you spend your time doing. Understand why. Why you like. Why you feel. Why you hate. Why you eat. Why you work. Why you talk. Pass on good stories. Learn more jokes. Appreciate bad times. Remember your old self. Strive for a model new self. Love your now self. Give things away. Time. Money. Stuff. Clothes. Hugs. Take things easier. Compliments. Food. Offers. Conversations. Friendships. Do new things. Change. Learn. Grow. But alternate your growth with appreciation. Tip well. Love your family. Or at least try. Cut inhibitions.
