Are you having trouble getting up in the morning?
1. Figure out how much time you have to get ready in the morning. Many people will have an hour to get up, change clothes, and eat. If you want to take a shower, try to get thirty more minutes in the morning to shower and blow dry your hair.
2. Use an alarm clock, from your phone, radio, TV, etc. A lot of people use radio alarm clocks, because it’s always good to wake up by your favorite song.
3. Go to bed at a reasonable and good time so you get enough sleep at night. Most studies suggest that a teenager should have about nine to ten hours of sleep, but it depends on you. Some people can still have seven hours of sleep while some others can need up to eleven.
4. Try to get up as soon as your alarm wakes up it. It can be pretty difficult getting out of bed because you’re tired, but try your best. Once you get up, do everything you need to do in the bathroom before you change, because you can accidentally mess up your clothes.
5. Do your hair and apply makeup if you wear it after getting dressed. Some people like applying makeup before getting dressed, because you can get makeup on your clothes, but if you be careful, it should be okay. You can also smudge makeup putting your shirt on, which is why I think it’s better to apply makeup after changing.
6. Eat something small for breakfast, cereal bar, drinking a cup of coffee, etc. It saves you plenty of time, but if you have more time, you can eat as much as you want for breakfast.
