· Try to be an early riser and watch outside. Enjoy the quietness, the songs of bird, the sun rise and you are gonna be happy .
· Atleast try to take out 5 mins from your busy schedule to sit in a quiet place and breath in and out slowly. Count up to 5 times and repeat till you simply hear your breathing only!
· No time to join aerobics? Don’t worry! Get yourself CD with some fast number on it. Play it and dance like a rock star. Get sweaty,shred off the extra calories and you get all freshness.
· Your tied up schedules never permit you to sit quietly even for 5 mins? Never mind! dance under shower water when u take a shower.. you will notice a change in your spirit ….
· Its most likely to get upset, depression at times in our life no matter how much we try no to. It affects the inner spirit too. Best way is to maintain a journal where you can write anything that you feel being sad, happy or even the very secret you cannot share! I myself have used this trick to keep my spirit up even when my near and dear ones gifted me unbearable amount of hurts! Journal is one of the best ways to take out your negative emotion. So start from today..
· Every morning when you wake up stand before a mirror and greet yourself with a smile. & say
“I am beautiful, confident and I have enough strength to overcome any hurdle. Today is going to be the best day of my life” It will boost up your spirit. Practice it and feel great all day through.
