jams in big cities is not unusual but that does not mean unnecessary handling

Jakarta as one of the major cities in the world can not be separated from the problem of congestion and to address local government vol’ve done several ways including toll roads in the city, the application of 3-in-one system, and bus service Transjakarta but apparently it has not been able to overcome the bottlenecks in significant.

why?

1. less like the existing public transportation that causes
    people are reluctant to use public transport
2. increasing number of vehicles that do not exist in
    Balance with the number of road

how do I fix this?

1. improve the existing public transport so that people would
    using public transport
2  the addition of roads by road construction
    overpass or underpass
3. restrictions on motor vehicle production

jakarta sure if it’s done will not be bogged down again
