Menopause is commonly defined as a woman’s final menstrual period. But it’s hard to know exactly when that is until at least one year has passed without any periods at all.

Most women experience hot flashes and hair problems like hair thinning and hair loss. Today, serious hair loss is an increasing problem that affects about 30 million women in America of all ages.
Consuming essential vitamins, minerals, iron, etc and getting away from high pollution environment can reduce your hair loss problem. Lowering stress level and using the right hair loss shampoos are also helpful.
You should always use shampoo and conditioner suitable to your hair type (like oily or dry hair) to keep your hair clean and protect against dandruff and lice. Apply regular massages to your scalp and hair with lukewarm oil at least twice a month.
Also, try to refrain from combing your hair when they are wet as the hair roots are weakest during this time. Go slow on the hair dryer too as it can damage your hair texture, making them weaker and falling off eventually.
