You may be wondering what the chances that a zombie Armageddon will happen. To be honest, it probably won’t happen. But I am sure as hell gone be ready for it just in case it happens, just like a tornado or if your mom decides to come over and stay with us a week. I am going to warn you now, my paper may be on the sarcastic side, but I am completely serious!

      I am going to start off with supplies you should already have. It might be a good idea to have a couple of jugs laying around filled with water. I keep a couple of bottles in my house and every few weeks I wash them out and refill them. In case of a epidemic, this ensures that your water is safe, from both a virus which could cause zombification, and your everyday epidemic. It would also be a good idea to keep a couple weeks of non perishables for at least your family, you will have to be the judge of that though.

     Next, your going to need a weapon. Now what if you don’t have a gun? While guns are very useful, they also have there draw backs. Depending on were you live, they may be hard to come by; and shooting one off is like a dinner bell to zombies, saying come and eat this delicious human. Crossbows are just as effective, silent and some being able to accurately shoot up to a quarter of a mile. Crowbars are great for hand-to-hand combat, along with Hammers ( if you want to get that close) and a list of other house hold items.

     If you do come by a gun (Or already have one) You are going to want something that can take a zombie out with one shot most of the time, so you will probably want a shotgun or a large caliber pistol. You also want something that can hold a lot of bullets, so I would not suggest using a hunting rifle or such unless dealing with distance. You also may want to keep in mind your ammo supply. You are going to want a gun that has common ammo that could be found at your neighborhood Wall mart or such.(Try to go to a Gun store if you have the chance)
