Maybe I’m complaining too much, but to me most places just ruin a burger.

When I was a meat eater I liked my burgers just exactly as you discribe. I didn’t like any chopped lettuce or onion. Like you I wanted it in one slice. Hmm makes me hungry for a good hamburger.

If you want a perfect burger, you have to make it yourself.

Sounds good. I read your breakfast article and know you like things spiced. To hot up your burger try using English mustard instead of Ameican style mustard. But use less!!

Yummy! Incidentally, you can get pretty tasty results using textured vegetable protein instead of beef–especially with quality toppings like the ones listed.

I don\’t like beef burgers so i can\’t comment, nor do i like mayo and onions. But i do know where you are comming from, nobody cooks it the way you cook it. I agree.

Well..I don’t know about the cheese or the dressing,,but your version of a hamburger sounds great. Very few restaurants make one worth eating I think.I have nothing against an onion as long as I carry breath mints on me if Im out.

Sounds good except for the salad dressing!
