Hello, these conditions can be treated. Lets not forget a.d.h.d., personality disorder and

many more.  If you don’t want to use Rx. Ask your family Dr. and your family for an

over the counter options  He can go over some options. If you feel irregular or different

talk to a family member about this.  There maybe a reason.  And, there is nothing wrong

with having challenges. You are still special. Never forget that.  Bond with your  friends

and family.  They care about you.   

Also, it may help to change your lifestyle, how you do your routine.

Organizing, sorting, your meal plans.  Some foods can help your mental challenges.

As well as beverages. Knowing what you have and being proactive will no doubt

make in your area with this type of challenge.  Unfortunately, keep in mind

there are people in this world who do not understand or worse do not care what

you are going stay away from them. Be careful of them.  Know what you are

feeling is real. And, be proud of what you can do.  Only be around the

people who are and want the best for you.  I for one have faith in you.  

Never stop learning and experiencing life. Be proud of yourself.  

Learn about your challenge. Talk to other with the same challenge.  Learn about

different foods and beverages that can help you be all you can be.  So foods can

build what your body or mind may lack.  

Fruit and vegetables are great in curing certain body functions,.  

Reading is also recommended in boosting your mind and keeping you motivated.

Again, trust how you feel. Talk to someone you trust on this issue.  

Even if you are not sure how to describe it or you are feeling not so normal.

Sometimes there is a reason. If the person is not taking you seriously or

not as helpful as they should be, excuse yourself and go to someone else that

will help you better.  It is also an option to make a diary on how you are feeling

and make a personal inventory. Keeping in mind some days you may have a

one of those days where nothing goes right. Thats when its a good idea to

laugh at the day.  And, learn from it. Keeping also in mind you are human capable

of making a few mistakes. Just think before you act.  Also, depending on the

mistake its how you act that makes you who you are.  If you act accordingly

and do damage control again depending on the error.  Always saying you are

sorry for the error and admitting your mistakes.

    Mental disorders are often hard to understand for those who doesnt have one.That is where a support group and the right medicene comes in handy.But has to say its hard to stay around the right people since its often hard to tell the good ones from the bad ones.I have one of what you mentioned and very few people around me really understands what bipolor is all about.To me..its just a part of life and doesnt feel handicapped at all by it.

    Bipolor and adhd can be controled and live a resonably normal life.I have one of those you mentioned and copes with it very well.But it has taken me many years to do this without to many people understanding whats wrong with me.
