We need to worry about global warming/ climate change right now and not later because one day it will be too late. A feedback loop is when something occurs again or a reply. On an ice-free surface it absorbs more sunlight than an icy surface so it heats up the earth even more. That is a direct feedback. Also the warming in the high latitude regions also result in the second most important greenhouse gas.

Business and corporations emit 28% of the greenhouse gases since 1995. Saving energy and not emitting pollution also saved a couple tons of money. If global warming is happening then the people who don’t act will make things worse. But if global warming is happening then it will help our economy of what it is right now.

            Our choices are to act and help save the planet from global warming or to not act. If global warming is happening and we don’t do anything then some economies will collapse, sea levels will rise, wars, heat waves, floods, political instability, and life will be changed forever. If we do act and it is happening then there will be an economic loss of 1% and life will be saved. If global warming isn’t happening and we do not act then there will be an economic loss of 1%, government will spend tons of money trying to clean the environment up, scientists were wrong, small loss of jobs, increase debt, and life continues. If we don’t take action and global warming isn’t happening then life goes on as we know it.

            Some solutions for global warming are create some technology that reduces the CO2 in coal or stop the coal plants and find an alternative energy. We can also reduce our pollution in our business and buildings. If everyone would do one positive thing then that would help the environment a lot. 

            What I would personally do to help the environment would be to plant ten trees, change our light bulbs to florescent ones, recycle, ride my bike to places closer than 2 miles, and don’t keep our car running when we are sitting in a spot for a while.

            I think that the government should pass a law that every company can only emit a certain amount of pollution a week. They could also pass a law that politicians cant fly on their own private jet.
