An inspirational tool.
I’m sure we are all aware of how things are changing round the world. Economies are going through financial challenges, even in big Nations. People are losing jobs, taking pay cuts, losing houses, (I nearly lost mine 2 years ago, but the Judge ruled in my favour) losing businesses, going through health problems and other personal problems. Hence, Depression is on the increase. For some they just can’t handle it anymore and commit suicide, for others they just get through each day feeling gloomy.
There are many ways we can get through these challenges. Maybe getting advice, counselling, praying, being positive but there is just one significant one I’d like to share in this article and that is: to remember other challenges you faced and how you got through it.
Think back at a time in your life when you thought your world would crumble. You were in the darkest hour but somehow, miraculously you got through it. Help came. A solution came just in time. There must have been a few or many times like that.
If you got through that, you will get through any challenge you are facing now.
This is how I get through challenges sometimes and I hope you find it useful too.
