This article focuses on the importnace of laughter in our lives.

 Why having a laugh is so important?  It is a irony that we all know what is the impotance of laugh, but still fail to implement or rather introduce this element in abundance in our lives. laughing reduces stress and triggers our body to release the happy hormones. As aerobics is so importnat for our physical fitnaess, similarly there is an internal aerobis that is required which is in form of a good laugh.

In a family atmosphere it is very important to create a cool enviourmant in the house. It can not be completed without good laugh and sharing those expressionas and emotions with other people in the family. As William Makepeace Thackeray very well quotes “ A good laugh is sunshine in a house” , which holds very true meaning to itself. When stressed at work and faced with lots of challenges we come to our house which our Den to relax, a cute joke from our respective partners or kids makes us laugh and helps in venting out all the tensions that come as an added baggage with us while coming back from our work. There are a lot of ways to trigger laugh. It could be a comedy movie, funny clips, jokes or if you are more on the innovative side, you can make some humor on your own and inact it. 

So try and have a good laugh. Its good for all of us.
