espite of my level best effort I could not collect some necessary information required for this study. While performing this study I faced the following major limitations:

1. Data Error:

Data collected from the filed could not have been inaccurate. Important information may have been concealed.

1. Improper commutations:

Sometimes respondents were not capable or interested to answer the question. Respondent may have answered the question without knowing the correct answer in order to appear smart, or they may have tried to help me by giving pleasing answer. 

1. Data availability:

Since Apartment business in not so aged in Chittagong city even Bangladesh, necessary information required for this report is not available. There is no well managed periodical, journal or weeklies are not available. 

1. Systematic data arrangement:

It is a great misery for me that the data I have collected was not arranged properly that I have to spend a lot time to arrange them and make Presentable. Moreover due to the lacking of my personal knowledge for systematic arrangement of data it took much time to arrange them. 

1. Time :

Time is an important issue in report writing. Schedule time was not sufficient to carry out such a descriptive report.

Besides these my inability and ignorance are not also be avoidable.
