For instance, a married couple who wants to renew their marriage needs a huge amount of money. Also, remarrying or finding another wife or husband means another thousand of money needed.

    Marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman with God’s holiness. It is not just an ordinary compact that needs expiration. God’s word shows that the validity of marriage extends for a lifetime. With the negative effects cited earlier, it is a clear proof that contractual marriage should not be legalized.
