You’re stronger than you will ever realize.

This article isn’t a tragedy, and it’s not about me. It’s about you- all of you. Lately, I’ve noticed that more and more people are becoming insecure and depressedover little things. Yeah, they may seem big at the time, but you’ll look back one day and realize how small it truly was. There are two people that are the reasons I’m writing this: one, a good friend of mine who doesn’t realize that no matter what he says or does I will always think he’s absolute perfection because of what I see in hisheart; and two, a girl I hardly know who’s on the heavy side but is beautiful, she just doesn’t acknowledge it

I don’t know you, and you don’t know me, but that won’t stop me from telling you that you’re beautiful. And to someone in this world, you’re completely perfect in every single way. It doesn’t matter what you look like, it’s what’s in your heart that counts. Some of you may think that there’s nothing left because of how depressed or upset you are or because of how much you’ve struggled, but if you let go of the sorrow and move past what’s trying to weigh you down, there’s so much potential you can find just sitting there waiting for you to unleash it.

Now I know I can’t change the world, and I probably can’t change your minds, but this will hopefully give you something to think about. I’m a complete stranger to all of you, yet I still think you’re all magnificent people. You all have something to bring to this world, and I hope that you’ll find your gift and stick with it no matter how terrible things may get. Depending on how you deal with the situations, it can get so much betterThere’s always even the tiniest speck of light in the darkness, and the slightest sliver of hope in your heart.

I firmly believe that people should stop paying attention to the negative things that are said and done to them, because in the end, the people tormenting you don’t matter. One day they’ll fade into the background while you live your life freely. If you can manage to shove them all to the side and ignore them, then you’re golden. You won’t have to worry about them on top of whatever else you’re dealing with.

If that doesn’t work for you, then just keep this in mind: you’re stronger than the things that try to bring you down. Think about it, and then just go from there
