I Love the Nike tagline… Just Do It. Here are some tips on how to Just Do It.
Three extremely powerful words, “Just Do It”, words which can take you to a point where you will go from just thinking, saying and planning to actually doing something and proving yourself.
It definitely is easier said than done. So I am going to try and give some tips here.

If you want to do something, anything, “just do it.” Planning something means thinking a lot about it. If you keep on thinking, trying to find faults in the plan, you will never do it. You just must take a leap of faith and do it.
When you fail at what you are doing, you WILL get frustrated. Use it. Channel all the frustration and anger into achieving what you set out to do. Don’t waste time crying over the past, but focus on the goal.
As I said, don’t think. Think less, act more. Be foolish, be stupid. Forget about everything else.
Remove words like “I can’t; I don’t know; not now; no; not possible; not for me” etc. from your dictionary. Be an optimist. Don’t worry about failure. Stop focussing on negativity.
Everyone has LOADS of time on their hands. Especially to do things that you really want to do. So don’t be afraid and avoid doing what you have to. Don’t act as if you have other more important things to do. And if you REALLY are that busy, MAKE time for what you have to do.
Remember, every second, every minute, every day of your life you are nearing your end. So do it today, not tomorrow, not day after tomorrow, not later…. TODAY! Who knows, tomorrow may never come. You might meet with an accident before you even had a chance at doing what you want to do or the world could just end in 2012.
There comes a time when you are close to achieving your goals, but you succumb to the fear, or nervourness. This is the point where you need to be strong, to stand up and fight, and just go for whatever that will make you happy.
Don’t think. Don’t wait. Don’t pray. Give me a five and Just Do It!
