What is Justice?

I don’t think that someone who kills another person should be condemned to death. I think its a very bad thing to kill. So lets say that someone kills someone other when for an example driving into them. After this episode they are condemned to death. When the person is executed it means that someone has killed him or her. Then that person needs to be killed too. Cause if the law tells you that you can’t kill then you can’t. In this way there would be an evil circle of people killing each other.

Of course the world isn’t like that. I would say that it’s a better punishment to put people in jail for a lot of years or maybe for lifetime. There’s just one little problem. You can’t put a man or a woman in jail for lifetime because they’ve been in a car accident and killed another person. The details needs to be known in cases like these. When someone stab another to death, it’s their own election. But if you lose control of your car and kills another, it may not be your fault. So in this way, you can’t just say that if someone kills another, they need to be executed. Details must be known. I think putting people in jail is a much worse punishment than killing them.

Drug pushers shouldn’t be punished with death. They may have a reason to sell drugs. Maybe they are homeless or poor people who cant earn money. A lot of people living in the street is selling drugs and buying them themselves too. It’s right that they sell a product that kills people. But they don’t force people to buy or take drugs. You choose if they want to take drugs or not. I think drugs is a bad thing and I would like to see it deleted from the worlds history but that ain’t going to happen. It would be much better to stop the drug dealers in some way and make the people who takes drugs stop, but this ain’t an easy task. I don’t think they should be punished with death, cause again, they may have a reason for doing what they are doing.

When someone is driving car while being drunk, they should be punished. I still don’t think that death is the right punishment. We aren’t animals and I think we should be able to find a solution to almost everything. And death shouldn’t be the answer. I just think that people driving drunk and killing or hurting someone should get a big fine and a long time in jail. A punishment that would learn people to be more responsible. People should be aware of this punishment too. In this way, it would prevent people from going to jail and kill people. These driving killers may be murders. But they can also do this by accident. As I wrote earlier, this must be investigated closely so that people don’t get a punishment they don’t deserve.

I would say that a “just war” exist. I think that it for an example was a good idea to go against Hitler when he was dictator. He didn’t murder his own people, put every Jew he could find. This should have been stopped in good time. And that would have been called a just war. I don’t know is just would be served afterwards, but at least a lot of people would still have their life.
