Time for lean and mean
You keep telling yourself that you want to and will get in shape. Maybe you tell yourself that you work too much, you don’t have time, or money or whatever excuses or reasons you come up with. Well that’s going too change because there is no excuse (unless it’s a medical condition of course) for you not too get in shape.
If you don’t have money, than you can walk, run, or jog too get your cardio in and than do some push ups and sit ups every other day for only 10 or 20 minutes and it might not be a lot but some exercising is better than none. So you say you don’t have time, chances are you do because everyone can find the time. If you spend one hour watching TV or use the computer or play games, than just cut one of those activities out and substitute them with working out for a little bit.
If you have a job where it is very time consuming, than on your lunch break, do some pushups or sit-ups and if you don’t take lunch, than right when you get home before you do anything, set ten minutes aside and do as many push ups and sit-ups as you can. So what’s stopping you, go get the body that you want and deserve. Like always get doctors approval if you are not sure about starting a new routine.
