Babies do seem like simple creatures, but they certainly are not, they are actually highly intelligent, alert, and observant. They look at the world through optimistic eyes and the word impossible means nothing to them. If you want to achieve everything that you set your mind to then take note. 

Learn Learn Learn 

The most successful people in life have learned from another successful person. Remember the feature that I did recently called, Learn from the Greats?  Well this is the same concept, learn from other successful people around you and copy their formula for success. Babies are constantly learning, they watch everything and copy everything, good and bad. Here is the difference, learn the good and learn from the mistakes others have made and try not to repeat them. The bottom line here is, be like a baby and absorb what is around you, you can even learn from the mistakes others have made and be successful. 

Positive Attitude 

When babies are born, they are natural optimists. Pessimism comes as a result of growing up to realise that life is not a bed of roses. However, why not make a conscious effort to be optimistic? Look at the world through rose tinted glasses for a while. Be a glass half full person instead of a glass half empty. Make the most of a negative situation and see the light at the end of the tunnel. Remember the saying that, every cloud has silver lining? Why not look at the world like this every day? Positive thoughts bring positive actions which lead to positive results. Be positive, be optimistic and believe that life will bring you anything if you think it can. 

Determination 

Babies, they never give up, they try something over and over again to achieve it. How about when they first try to roll over? They try for days, sometimes weeks to achieve it and they don’t give up. They might get frustrated, just like we do, but they don’t stop trying. This is how you need to live your life, don’t give up keep on going.  Believe that the harder you work, the closer you are getting to achieving your goals. So, believe in the power of hard work and never give up. There is an old Japanese proverb  that goes something like this, “Fall down 7 times stand up 8.” Look at the amount of times a baby falls down before they manage to take their first step? So, the moral of the story is, no matter how many times you fall down, keep getting up. No matter what life throws at you, fight it and keep working hard to make it happen. The only way is up, so keep on climbing.
