Ok, i apparently never have anything good to write about, but then i was gonna get these totally awesome rollerblades but i don’t know how to rollerblade so then i remembered the first time i learned how to ride a bike.

ok i always wanna make sure people know i’m smiling
anyway, ok when i first learned how to ride a bike i didn’t try riding on grass. i don’t know why but it just seems harder when the grass is not smooth like cement. ok well what your going to need is a nice slanted driveway or something.  you want to go on a driveway that is slanted outwards (away from garage) you don’t even need a driveway though, just some concrete place that has a good slant. sorry there aren’t any good pictures to show you. ok my driveway is kinda long so i guess 16 feet? so what i did was, I got on my bike and put my feet up, not on the pedals though. if i felt i was falling i easily put my feet down to prevent getting hurt. ok so i went to the top of the slant and put my feet up. this way i wasn’t really doing anything but the bike was moving and i was getting a sense of balance. i usually was able to stay balanced for about 2 seconds. i did this for about an hour and everytime i put my feet up and let the bike just go down the slant, the time i was able to balance incresed. i ended up “trying” to learn how to ride my bike for 2 hours but then after 2 hours i realized i wasted about an hour because i already got the balancing part down and when i went on the pedals i was able to ride my bike pretty well without falling or anything. so ya, the recap of how to learn how to ride a bike

1) find a slanted cement or hard place to learn how to ride your bike

2) go to the top of the slant

3)raise both of your feet up and let your bike just roll down the slant.

4)do this for an hour or until you feel like you don’t have to keep putting down your feet to prevent yourself from falling

5) put your feet on the pedals and start riding your bike, now concentrating on stearing which is really easy
