Being related to the royal family can certainly have its perks–but it can also cause undue attention and stress on others who may not quite want that kind of attention.

Take Pippa Middleton, for example.

Pippa could blossom or divebomb as a result of increasing pressures being brought down upon her by the incessant British Paparazzi.  So she decided to sunbathe topless.  So what??

This is definitely a story written for a more Americanized audience, who still sees bare breasts as taboo and provacative, rather that exactly what they are: essential reproductive organs housed in flesh.  All over the continent of Europe, sunbathers do their best to wear as little as possible.

Why, you might ask?  Tanlines are the most likely culprit.  The only people making this more risque than it needs to be are those who feel ashamed by their own sexuality, whether it’s good or bad.

Perhaps in certain settings, topless sunbathing might be considered in poor taste, but let’s not forget why American’s find it so distasteful–and who founded this great, albeit prudish, country…
