An explanation of life around us.

You never notice. The world is full of life and energy around us. You could go to the park sit on a bench and say “How boring this all is. There’s nothing to see nothing moving nothing doing anything except a few boring dogs. What am I supposed to do in this horrible life?”

That is the start of when you are getting a breakdown. A breakdown means when suddenly you’re always sad and nothing seems to make you happy. You see the world through bleary eyes and you don’t believe how beautiful the world is out there. You see everything in shades of grey and black. Nothing colourful; always dull horrible colours. Sadness willows inside you. It feeds on you until eventually it kills you.

That’s why grown ups should totally be like little children. Children unlike their parents tend to see more colours; blue yellow green red purple pink….all the world around children seems to be splash painted with beautiful vibey colours making the world bright and happy. Children believe there is life all around them; they believe in colour and rainbows. Children (little) may also believe in Father Christmas (which of course we all know doesn’t exist; don’t show this article to your little brother and sister)but some grown ups dash their hopes too early making them see grey and black everywhere.

Grown ups must have the hearts and minds of little children; colours vibes happiness excitement anticipation and belief. When while growing up you let most of these go it’s all right because you cannot act like a little child all the time but keep a little colour in your world. This way the world might be made a much better place.
