A accident with a bicycle, humorous and awesome experience.
I was out riding my bicycle on errands yesterday and a wonderful thing happened! I fell off my gazillion speed bicycle!! Right in the middle of a busy street! I was stunned and a wee bit oowwee ( I am 55 yrs of age and maybe just a tad bit shaky ).
So here I am on the ground for all the world to see, and I Thank God my pants didn’t rip! A 17 yr. old young man came to my rescue! He was so sweet, he just stopped..flung his door open in the middle of the street, and galloped over to me! Another man came over to assist also, so they get me up and ask me if I am all right, am I dizzy (they did not ask if I was pregnant damn it!) can I drive home (well dang I don’t have a license to drive a 10 speed and I so I did Not want the police involved! hahahahahahhaha ) and am I sure I don’t want to sit down and rest for a while ( I suppose they thought I might be a wee bit feeble or drunk! ). I said I was fine and needed to get home to my 10 children! (l fibbed cuz I wanted them to know what I am made of! HA! )
What really blew me away, I was worried someone would hit this young mans door and snatch it off its hinges, and the kid, a complete stranger, says to me “I am more worried about you than my car” !!!
How wonderful is that?! When I rubbed his arm he kinda leaned in for a hug, I saved him from gettin squished by 55 year old boobs! (he’ll thank me one day, or eek..heaven forbid he thought it would be all apple pie squishy like his grandmas)! What is really interesting ladies is even though men don’t pick up hankies anymore.. they will assist you when you are on the ground lookin dazed! OK…if you split your pants that works too, they come out of the woodwork especially if your 55 yr. young mind forgot the panties for the day! hahahahahhahahahahhaha
