One minute everything seems happy and good, the next it is all taken away in the blink of an eye.

Our lives have been put in a glass ball

Thrown across the room

And shattered into a million pieces

Nothing will ever be the same again

I can’t fix it

I can’t make any of it better

I don’t know what to do

I don’t know how we will get through

I wish I could rewind our lives and start again

I wish things were good again

I want this family to be happy

I want us to be whole again

We are sad and heartbroken

Devastated and destroyed

Only God can help us now

You can pick up the pieces and start all over again Nina. I understand what you are going through but it doesn’t mean that everything is over and can’t be salvaged.

Nina…this sounds devastating…not sure what happened to cause you to write this heart-rending account…whatever it was I trust that you are okay…I voted that I like the submission, but I am troubled by the circumstances that may have contributed to your need to write it…thanks and take care…

That is so sad, Nina. When something dreadful happens in your life it takes a while to pick up the pieces but things do get better eventually. I do hope you are alright.

Thank you everyone for your support. It means a lot to me.

I cannot go into it, it is too horrible. Somehow we will get through it but I cannot imagine it right now. A lot of damage has been done to my family and my birth family. That is all I can really say.
