We all want to have a good life, at times we think it could be better and feel unsatisfied with what life has delt us. It us up to us to make a difference, no one will give it to you free, you have to earn the good life. Isthere more to life than this?
It seems to me that there has to be, a reason that we are here, I think we have to ask ourselves some questions, about what you are going to do to make your mark in this world? Otherwise you can ask yourself the question “ Why am I here? Who put me here to do nothing? Surely I am here to make some kind of mark on the world in this life!”
It is really up to you to decide what you are going to do and what you are going to accomplish in this life. Maybe you have already had an eventful life. Perhaps in your former life you were the best Golden Retriever in the world and won all kinds of prizes for fetching birds, so now you want to rest and are being a lazy slob.
Let me tell you though that each life is different, and nobody said it was easy, you are charged by the powers that be to be a success in each life you are given. That simply means you have to go out and do the best job you can every day until you become a success in this life as well as the last one. One problem is that you can’t go back and repeat the life you really liked, you have to take each new one as it comes. You have no choice!
With that in mind we will start out each day with a smile on our face and greet everyone happily and make the best of every day. If you do that you will be surprised how pleasant life can be. Generally speaking the day goes better if you are nice to people, if you are, as a rule they will be pleasant back to you.
There are several quotes we could tie into this but the one I like I learned in Sunday School it goes like this “Do unto others as you would have them do to you” That is a golden rule to live by.
