However, Perez Hilton, claimed Luka Magnotta was the real killer without any trial, based on some black and white images and exif data, which both are not reliable in court. There are too many unanswered questions in this case and too many innocent people were falsely accused.

The immaturity of the amateur detectives prevented the real killer from being caught. They are a bunch of trouble making teenagers and computer hackers who enjoy making a public example of individuals who THEY think are guilty, even though there was never any trial. These detective wannabes for example, cyber stalk suspects, try adamantely to provoke a confession or response and if they dont get the attention of the accused, then they find out the accused address, send dozens of pizzas and other deliverys to the accused home, they publish personal information all over the internet, they make prank phone calls and basically try and ruin a persons life, just for the fun of it. If thats not the epitomy of immaturity , then I dont know what is. It takes a bunch of low life losers who are wannabe detectives to gang up on someone and persecute them and villify them before they are ever even convicted of a criminal offense.

As a result, the amateur detectives completely messed up the real investigation. They must learn to leave real investigatin to real detectives. They implanted false evidence and made many false accusations to try and make “suspects” seem more guilty then they actually were in my opinion. Also, millions of people wrote death threats and made serious statements that they would do grave physical harm and/or even kill and torture Luka Magnotta. 

In my opinion, I believe there is a huge defamation lawsuit just waiting to be filed against many many news papers for falsely accusing an innocent person of a crime it appears they didnt commit. Also, criminal harassment and putting someones life in danger , knowing they are a victim of death threats and stalkers, by revealing their address to strangers can also bring about a lawsuit.

From all the information obtained, it appears this case is the work of a psychotic man named Jamsey Cramsalot Inhisass , who framed many innocent people and used photoshop and exif data changer to do it. There is very little known about the cirumstances of this video and without any physical evidence and without knowing anything about the video itself and without a confession then I think this is all just rediculous.

There is a reason we have rights here in America, it protects us against this sort of behavior , it protects us against defamation and emotional distress due to malicious prosecution. This is outrageous what this man has had to go through, I hope he sues the individuals and agencies involved in this disgusting smear campaign.
