WANTED FOR MURDER 4 COUNTS* Police search for man in connection with quadruple shootings.

Tyrone
M. Adair, a man police are seeking in connection with the killings of
two women and two children, was charged today with two counts of
first-degree intentional homicide.

The charges were filed in the
killings of Tracy Judd, who is also known as Tracy Graser, and nearly
2-year-old Deja Adair, both of Middleton.

Deja was the daughter of Judd and Tyrone Adair.

Police
have not officially identified the other pair of victims, but have said
they believe the two child victims were daughters of Tyrone Adair.

Others have identified the second pair of victims as Amber Michelle Weigel, 25, of Madison, and her 2-year-old daughter, Neveah.

Court records show that both Judd and Weigel had paternity cases with Adair.

Madison
police said they were called to a home on Madison’s southwest side
about 6 p.m. Thursday and discovered a mother and her daughter shot to
death inside a vehicle in the garage.

About 8:30 p.m., Madison
police asked officers in Middleton to locate a vehicle that was
eventually found in a parking lot with the bodies of a woman and a girl
in the trunk, Middleton Police Lt. Noel Kakuske said. Both appeared to
have been shot, he said.

Adair is the son of longtime Dane County social worker and activist Rita Adair.

In
September 2005, Rita Adair organized a trip and arranged temporary
housing in Madison for 13 Louisiana victims of Hurricane Katrina. She
also set up a Katrina Disaster Fund that attracted some controversy
after $50,000 of about $105,000 of the donations raised was given to
Allied Partners, a coalition of religious congregations.

Rita
Adair ran Adair’s Lounge in Madison for about a year and a half until
closing the blues and jazz club in March 2008. In an article prior to
the club’s opening, she said Tyrone Adair would help run the club.

In a lengthy 2006 story about Rita Adair’s work , Tyrone was identified as a music producer and truck driver.

A
photo and description of Adair, whom police describe as a “person of
interest” in all four slayings, are on the Madison Police Department’s
Web site.

Adair, 38, is considered armed and dangerous and could be driving a silver GMC Acadia with Wisconsin license plate 342-EBL.
