Without mincing words, the death of Michael Jackson was Shocking. If shocking is a word that is not good enough to describe his demise then it was demoralizing and devastating. To many of us, Wacko Jacko as he was popularly called was an Enigma, a legend, Idol he seemed larger than life even in death.
  Michael Jackson brought joy to a lot of faces with his brand of music and his eccentric dance steps. As a kid, I hardly had enough watching him of watching Michael Jackson. Now that he is death I will surely never be satisfied watching the great record he left behind..
  As the lead singer of the Jackson five, the pop king was already a Star, a star at the age of five. When the Mega star performer went solo he became a legend and an Idol. Michael Jackson’s music was not a flash in the pan. He was not a one record star, he proved that he was naturally talented with the numbers of successful records he made: Thriller, Black or White, Invincible to mention but a few. It is believed that footage of his last few weeks on earth which is being packaged into a film will sell much more.
As fans of the late music icon we should look for ways to protect his legacy, music and his beliefs. Never to commit suicide as a number of his fans are believed to be doing. Michael Jackson wherever he is will never support people taking their own lives to prove they love him. In view of this, true fans of the legend should strive to do whatever will make their hero happy in the after life. This is the last honour any true fan of Michael Jackson can give to him.
   In death we still thank the king of pop for the ways he put smiles on our faces, surely his legacy lives.
