We tend to believe that a miracle should be some large event that all can see. In reality most miracles occur in everyday life and we fail to recognize them as such.

For instance the Miracle of birth. Now to those directly experiencing it and by that I mean the mother carrying this life within her. Think about it, From to Microscopic organism we are born into this Human form. We are born to unconditional love a miracle with in itself.

Miracles happen every second. The whisper of a breeze caressing our skin, the sun which warms us. For that the entire universe. The Planet we live upon with exactly the right conditions for us to thrive and grow physical, emotionally (our Soul) and mentally.

Seeing the smiling face a child who is loved, the affections poured on us from a pet. Pet’s love unconditionally with no judgment. We recently have added a wonderful puppy to our family. Abused and mistreated by others but yet she comes to me with a waging tail and cuddles and kisses. Unconditional love. The greatest gift we can offer and receive.

The beauty of nature always around us, yet in our busy life’s we stopped taking the time to breath and admire it. A butterfly within our view, the gorgeous movement of a hummingbird. The peace found among the trees if we only stopped long enough to feel it. 

There is so much in this life we have learned to ignore. Once upon a time I found myself in tune with this world in which we live I felt energy of the tree’s when I stood among them and somewhere in the last few years I slowed myself to be so busy with work and daily chores that I stopped looking. It has only been within the last few months that I am now feeling a reconnection with the world in which I live. What did it take a very simple thing. I stopped and listened but not with my ear’s but with my heart and soul.

Next time your child is playing and laughing stop what you’re doing and listen. You will find a peace and joy come over you that feeds your soul and make’s you crave more. Next time you take a walk through the woods. Stop and listen, Nature will speak with you as it is a part of you and you a part of it.
