If you ask anyone what they would do if the world stopped for a day, and you were the only one able to think and act out, they will most likely say “Steal X from Y”. Why do we all want these materialistic things? To fit in? To stand out? Read on.

Lately I’ve noticed how much trends there are in technology, go to Youtube.com and look at the top people, watch a few of their videos and compare it to other peoples. If you are a good surveyer, you will notice right away, EVERYONE has a Mac or Iphone. Seriously, why do all people that are “Popular” or have a lot of money from what makes them popular feel the need to have such materialistic objects. What causes people to want these things.

Money is what gets these things. Money earns you respect and high position. Why is this! Money is just paper that buys you “things!”. It seems more and more often that money shows itself as our dominant ruler and these things that we buy earns us our high position. Since when does Money mean more than your own power! If you were offered $100,000,000 dollars or your best friends life, which would you choose? THE MONEY! Why does it control us so!
