Movies, there were some good ones this year but I haven’t had time to watch them!! :<

So here is my list:

1. Karate Kid with Jackie Chan and Jaden Smith. I am a huge Jackie Chan fan (who isn’t) he’s brilliant, not just his martial arts skills but his acting skills are good too. I have even watched his Chinese movies with the subtitles cos having it dubbed just ruins the movie for me.

I also want to see Jaden Smith acting, I’ve watched Will Smith since he started as the fresh prince of Bel air so I’ll try not to compare them, but it’s going to be hard to do…

I wonder what his children think of him…

2. The Last Airbender. This looks like an interesting movie but I am a bit worried that the CGI might ruin it. Also the guy from Slum dog Millionaire is starring in it so it should be interesting. The adverts look good too though a bit confusing.

3. Inception with Leonardo Di Caprio. What is this movie about? I must have missed a big review on it because the adverts don’t tell me what it’s about and reviews are so vague about it, they just say you’ll want to watch it more than once.

4. The A Team. I have never seen the TV series before so I have no idea who these characters are.  The thing that pushed me to want to watch it is the fact that they throw a massive tank out of a plane at some ridiculous height with no parachutes and only bullets to attack some guy.  Yeah this has to be one helluva movie.

5. Last but not least: The Expendables! Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jet Li and more guys who can kick another person’s ass using their hands, feet and oh yeah with a couple of guns thrown in too.  I’m actually surprised the Schwarzenegger is in a movie I thought he wasn’t allowed to be in one cos he’s the governor of California? Anyone else who was a bit confused by that?
