Moving forward is an ever changing lifestyle.
I find myself lost after a vacation or too long a break between my work days, everyone complains about work but where would we be with out it, a rewarding job is key, if I havent worked that day I don’t feel as though I have accomplished anything.
Self worth is what im getting at here, at the end of the day you feel like a valuable member of society, maybe its just my opinion.
After my father passed, I felt like i have nothing to live for no one to make proud, what got me through that period was a routine, up at 7am, work from 8am to 5pm, supper, weight room from 7pm to 830pm. but even with a full day my free time felt wasted, I felt like I needed to do more, not because I had the energy but to just keep my mind focused on moving foward.
Here I am now one year after his passing and i feel asthough I haven’t moved at all, what makes me this way, is this what everyone goes through after losing a parent at a young age?
