What My idea of a perfect food really is.

Now, when people discuss what their perfect food is you hear something along the lines of low fat and great tasting.My perfect food goes much farther than that.My idea came from one thing I think is the most waste of time. Using the restroom, now you may ask yourself what does going to the restroom have to do with your perfect food.From my understanding the waste that comes out of our body is uneeded or unwanted matrials from the food we eat. No, my perfect food is not a vitamin or a supplemnt either.As many people do I love eating all the sweet, sour,and salty food.

The basic idea is that the foods we all love contain the exact amount of vitamins and nutrients we need. If we could take a steak or even chocolate cake and balance out the amount of carbohydrates and calories while adding protiens and vitamins. This way we can keep our wonderful foods, eat healthy ,and contain our weight. The second part would be making foods loaded with particular vitamins or protiens for people with certain disabilities. Or have a controlled amount of sugar for the diabetic. Lastly if your body uses every last resource of nutrients from your food you would have no waste product. If we could ever master this it could have endless possibilities.

But for now this looks like a long shot. I guess we’ll just have to do things the hard way! Untill this day comes, what are your thoughts? What would your perfect food be?
