This is how I feel there is no real talent left in the world anymore. That people get famous for the most random stuff ever, and yet the ones who push with the upmost professionalism never succeed.

The reason no real talent exists in the world today. Creativity is a big part of the mind which is also key to alot in life. For instance video games, so many games in the world, but yet most of them differ in a way from other games. The creativity level with gamers is just off the charts, more and more they come up with new exciting ideas, or puzzles to challenge you. Then the others one come up with the same junk and make no real progress with anything. Games, unless slowly becoming like the movies, will always play a huge part in life.

Movies play a roll in our lifes to, for the lazy guy eating cheeto’s watching an old Jackie Chan movie, to the depressed I just got dumped girl eating ice cream watching The Notebook. So thinking of these to people why do they watch these movies? The answer is simple originality. These movies spark the interest of something much larger then expected in the human mind. One movie creates healing, the other creates a want to be something you know you never will be, which spark ideas never the less feeding into your core.

Movies are slowly going downhill, the most original movie I have seen in a while would have to be Pirates of the Carribean “On Stranger Tides”. or Inception. These movies scream originality, unlike these sequels and awful remakes. Micheal Bay has become the king of remakes, although I give him credit for his Transformers series, love those movies. His directing style is a little wierd though, for instance in Pearl Harbor during Ben Afflecks love scene, there was to much in your face camera shots and not enough long range, I believe at some point you see a hand and then an eye. I just don’t feel it was good directing. Transformers had that every so often but overall was a very excellent movie. Back to the discussion at hand though. Remakes do not take a creative thought to make, its taking some one elses idea, while giving it your own vision, it’s still not original content. Sequels I have nothing to speak on really, because sequels almost most of the time still sparkle with creativity.

YouTube is my next and final thought (music will come in a different article) but the things that people become famous for, off of that site is ridiculous. Yes, I understand that people find it funny, but something seems to annoy me about a fifteen year old kid screaming like a chipmunk about fruits taking over the world. But yet these people get paid by YouTube to act like fools and yet people with a real creative mind get slammed because their views arent modernized enough or because they aren’t acting like total retards. What’s funny is I did the retarded YouTube thing, and still didn’t get famous. So I don’t know what today’s definition of fresh, hip talent is, but in the majoity of things I see viral or even in person, just doesn’t make sense. Hopefully one day we will wake up and go Back to the Future with originality and the people of this world will blossum once again.
