This was basically…kinda…well yeah it was an assignment for English class. Don’t judge me! X3 Oh and also this is Non-Fiction! XP.

”Hey Kailyn, why are they so close to us?” Emilee asked, yawning, while inclining her head towards them.  looked over and watched as they laughed and joked around like idiot boys do. I took a deep breath. “Because they’re morons and…admit it…we’re super cute!” We laughed. Crisha stared at us as she put her stuff down in a chair. “What are you guys doing?” I snickered softly. “Nothing, Crisha. Just stupid stuff.” She nodded. “Okay.” Suddenly Em tossed a fork at me. I moved and saw it as it bounced off Max’s head. There was a moment of silence before we erupted into laughter. Crisha laughed so hard tears rolled down her face, while Emilee and Demetria had their head in their hands. I covered my mouth and leaned forward, hiding my face in my backpack. I could see Max turn around and glare…at me! What did I do? My face flushing with anger and embarrassment, I did a very…immature thing. I stuck my tongue out at him and buried my head back in my backpack. “EM!!!” I shouted.

Emilee laughed. “It’s not my fault you moved! Just be glad it wasn’t Raven.” I looked up at her, wishing her an instant humiliation. I peeked and looked towards them. They were still staring at me! WTF! I shoved back my chair as I stood, suddenly overwhelmed with an urge to beat the living crap outta Raven and shove Max into a wood chipper. Throwing my food away, since I was no longer hungry, I took a deep breath and exhaled with relief when the bell rang.

”Kailyn!” Shocked, I turned around and collided painfully with the stupid bird. “Ow! What the…heck…” I scowled angrily, rubbing my sore head. I glared up at him, angry that he just stood there, staring with indifference down at me. “Idiot,” I mumbled, standing up and running over to grab my bag from Demetria. She smiled, apologetically, and we walked to our seperate classrooms.

I spent the whole 1st period thinking of him and Max. There were both cute in their own way and, if you’re wondering, the reason I didn’t like any other boy was because none of them were Raven-Cute thus they weren’t worthy of my attention. Plain and simple. It may be mean but that’s just what I believed and I still do. Raven had captured my attention in 7th grade.

He was a cute, smart 8th grader and I was totally hooked on him. Not at first however. When I first saw him I thought he was weird. I was in 7th grade so I thought ALL 8th graders were weirdoes. However, as time progressed, I slowly started to like him until it became a full blown crush. We were friends and we talked to each other sometimes. Until it all went away when this girl I knew named Katelyn ruined it all. She had gone up to him and blatantly told him that I liked him. Since then…we never really talked anymore. He started to ignore me…and I started to hate him for it. We were cold and distant towards each other and all because one little girl couldn’t keep her mouth shut.

Max…I didn’t really know why he didn’t like me. I never did anything to him and I made sure to keep my mouth shut whenever I was around him, simply because that was what I expected myself to do. When Max was around, Kailyn basically ’shuts down’, and he was okay with that. He didn’t see my behavior as weird or unnatural. He got use to the fact that I was–afraid of him and so didn’t want to get on his bad side. Maybe…it was because I liked his best friend but we weren’t totally compatible. We simply didn’t go together in the eyes of others, but I liked him alot, and no one really understood that. They saw us now as a freshman liking a sophomore, a superior, and it SO wasn’t okay.

Now, my life’s really gonna suck.
