Essay on Nature and how we have lost touch with Her.

It should be required that we humans spend a certain amount of time each day in the outdoors getting to know Nature better. What respect mankind would gain if all of us worker drones had to spend thirty minutes to one hour a day outside associating with the very elements it is that we spend our whole lives destroying. Nature would give us a swift kick, you know where, and could finally have payback for mankind’s injustice toward Her.

It is common sense that once a human being does get exposed to say some kind of park, or even just a tree lined quite road, or how about a river; the calmness automatically permeates every pore of one’s body and it is impossible not to relax. Water does the same. How do you feel every time you see a lake or a stream or one of those water fountains with the Japanese garden surrounding it?

Nature brings us back to who we really are, who we have forgotten about. We are usually destroyers—but Nature makes us Creators once again. Do you know we are innately born as creators? There is no idea that is outside or separate from Nature. This innateness is one with Nature and absolutely is the very essence of peace and love. These elements are all wrapped up tightly like a newborn baby—separate entities—but one flow or ebb that connects to everyone and everything else.

Why do children usually enjoy being outdoors more than we adults? Why is it that some adults spend their whole life in tune with Nature and others hate it? Children have yet to be corrupted by the evils of this world. They have a freshly born innateness that is pure when young, but easily gets tainted as they get exposed to the outside world.

Adults too can hold onto Nature and have a good understanding what She means to this world. They understand how we need Her to survive and to have some beautiful places left for our children and theirs to live in and flourish in, yet these adults fool others, or at least those who don’t know, that they too don’t really care about Nature whole-heartedly. They even fool themselves into thinking that they are doing their part to reverse the flow of greed and destruction—yet  it is all hollow, beneath the surface they exploit Nature in other ways.
