According to news service 68 year old man has struck the teenager for refusing to shut down Electronic device  “CELLPHONE” while on the flight from Las Vegas Nevada to Boise Idaho. The teenager had refuse to do it after is being instructed by Flight attendant to do so. Now? Question is did man had any rights to struck/heat this teenager or any Individual? In my opinion absolutely not. However while you are on public transport and you are instructed to shut down Electronics it is Irrelevant to type you must comply with that order and specifically if is on Air Transport of any kind, in these case a person have all Rights to subdue individual for not complying with directive of attendant, officer, conductor, or whatever he or she maybe, even if necessary use of force. Police at Boise Airport has arrested 68 year old man Russell E. Miller sorry to say I regret that. It seems that Boise Police needs some teaching in Safety, Discrimination and Standards in Ethics; apparently they have violated them all!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen you Police Department at very least can and should do is apology to Mr. Miller
