Nonsense, a word most teachers don’t accept when it comes to homework. That’s why I was amazed when I glanced up at the homework and was surprised when it said we could write about nonsense using out vocabulary work. At first I thought Mr. Doherty forgot to take his medication so he got nauseous and accidently wrote that there. Then I thought maybe he wasn’t acting raucously and meant to put that up there. Should I have confront him about the matter or just went along? My body was filled with momentum because there were so many thoughts and ideas in my head about the topic. For some reason I felt very claustrophobic because I couldn’t believe my eyes. It felt like you were trapped in a small capsule, the only way to escape was to do the homework. The moment felt so vulnerable. I was surrounded by an immensity of ideas for the homework I just couldn’t wait to go home. As soon as I go home, I’m going to impale my doorknob and start on the homework. As soon as I am about to do it I remember, “oh wait, I just did”.
