The title is sarcastic, I really am curious now to see in 10 years what people will remember Mr. Obama as.

It seems all you see in the news anymore is about Obama doing this and Obama doing that which is understandable as that is what our media lives on these days. Like seriously when Obama gets a new toothbrush the media will be all over it. Maybe not that extreme but it’s bad.

Obama is not helping with the media himself, in fact he is ruining this once great nation and is sending it spiraling lower and lower into depression.

Our founding father’s gave us unalienable rights with life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Obama is taking away the first one with his new health care plan. He is greedy and selfish. Obama is trying to get rid of free health care so people will have to pay for it themselves. This will kill ill children who need huge procedures to keep them alive and most likely their parents will not be able to afford it so their poor child will die because Obama ruined it.

They are also now saying that women do not need to check for breast cancer until they reach the age of 50. Breast cancer seems to be very wide spread and appears to be an epidemic. I know a few women below the age of 50 who would not be living if they did not check for breast cancer.

Obama is trying to kill elders. They are no longer getting any funding from the government and they can not have organ transplants if they are past the age of 70. My two sets of grandparents are actually fleeing the nation to get away from the soon dictator in Mr. Obama.

I can not vote. I do not have a say in our government for the next 1 and a half years. By then, however, probably no one will have a say.

The 22nd amendment to the Constitution says that a president can not serve more then two terms, this was put in place after Franklin D. Roosevelt was elected to four terms in office. Obama wants to try to get rid of this amendment so he can run as many times as he wants. This bothers me the most as Obama will always have the black people in this nation to vote for him for the very reason he is in office today, because he is black. White people account for more then 70% of the population in America and that number is getting lower because we are becoming so ethnically diverse. And this is no a problem, I believe American is a place that should be a “Melting Pot” or a place with a very diverse culture. The problem with this however is what I stated above that the other 25% which would be the non-whites will always vote for Obama because of his color.

I do not believe in the way the US does it’s political system. My opinion on the way we should run things will remain a secret, all I know is we are not doing it right. Either we need to impeach Mr. Obama or limit his powers. I made a reference to Obama in an earlier article as the next Adolf Hitler and I am standing by that view stronger then ever.

Little kid- The danger of Obama is not that he is evil. I do not believe he is. The danger is that he is incompetent. He has shown a remarkable degree of incompetence in just his first few months. On things both large and small.

He stood behind a treasury secretary that either cheated on his taxes or was not smart enough to do them properly. I realize taxes are complicated but if you are the treasury secretary you have no excuse for this.

He claims he has not made up his mind about how many soldiers to send to Afghanistan. When in reality he is stalling the decision because he needs consensus on his other projects. He is playing politics while our men are left undermanned and vulnerable. We may lose a war because of this tactic.

He has nominated people to high positions with extremely questionable backgrounds. He has people in government that are opposed to the American way of life.

His handling of the Gitmo detainees is an embarrassment. Why the hell do we need to try people captured on the battlefield? There is no way to practically meet the standards of justice in a battlefield situation. This would be laughable if it didnt mean that terrorists are going to be acquitted and allowed to go free and kill more Americans.

Even the small things leave much to be desired. Returning a statue of WInston Churchill to England despite their insisting it was a gift. When the English primeminister visits bringing a desk made out wood salvaged from a former slave ship Obama gifted him a set of dvds??? wtf? How about the secretary of state hillary clinton giving the russians a big red button and screwing up the translation on it. Just the symbolism of a big red button to our former adversaries should have caused someone to say \”Hey guys the button could be misinterpreted as a nuclear button.\”

Or how about going on tv to talk about a massacre of 13 servicemen and women and the wounding of 40 others and starting his speech with a shout out to someone in the audience and then to add insult to injury he even called out that the guy had the congressional medal of honor. When in reality the guy had the congressional medal of freedom. a civilian award not a military one.

How about posing with a casket containing the body of a dead servicemen to show just how much he cares.

The change to mammograms should be a huge wake up call to america as to what is coming with nationalized healthcare. This was an incredible tactical error made by the proponents of healthcare trying to get costs down to make it easier to pass. But they showed their hand. The same amount of money is going to be going into healhcare as before they are just going to divide up how it is spent. And instead of life saving tests for 40 something women. Welfare kids are going to get to have a doctor tell them to drink lots of fluids and stay in bed when they have the flu. as opposed to the current system where they just stay in bed and drink lots of fluids on their own.

I came and read your article because you asked nicely. It is fairly well written – your spelling and grammar are better than that of a lot of writers of any age on Triond. You are passionate about your opinions, but your writing lacks the depth that will come with practice if you keep writing. You need to do a bit more research. Your point about mammograms is good – you spelled out the problem and the possible danger to younger women, but the part about your Grandparents leaving the country sounds a bit far fetched. Is it true?

I am Canadian, and I don’t know your politics as well as Brad does. You could learn a lot from reading his stuff.

    Take care. Keep writing.

Even though I am not concerned about your President, I beg to differ with you in some of your views; I am closely observing what he is doing.I think your criticism has no merits in some aspects. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, while I do respect your view and opinion, this is just dangerous. Not dangerous like your going to get beat up or something, but dangerous to the seriousness of our side. By “our side” I mean republican, and this is not what I like. Thats my opinion. Other than that I was kinda disaponted. I know you can rant better than this! Take care.

your opinion lets me know you have been listening to the propaganda machines of the left and the right.

Brad raised some good points. Claf just said the p word.

I think that you do raise some good points. However, I want you to map them out better before writing about them. You left me with questions, that had I not known the answer, I would have had to seek them elsewhere. I also think that you put too much blame on the president. The president is a scapegoat and a poster boy. Little more. Sure he’s not exactly just sitting there, but no decisions can be made in our government based on the president’s wishes alone.

All in all, I applaud you as always for your forthrightness. I agree with you to a certain extent, but I do not think that Obama is solely to blame for the issues you mapped out. Also, there were many white people who voted for Obama and many black people who didn’t. I think we need to look past the man’s race. I for one wouldn’t care if every American president from here until the end of time were black. The only thing that matters is the man’s (or woman’s) dedication to our country.

I applaud you for going through extensive research to support your case. I have been an Obama supporter (although I mostly choose to refrain from having opinions in politics) because here in England, we really have been going on about it really. I can understand the frustration you are going through because some of his policies feel like the kind that will attract a strong opposition to fight their spot but more than actually blaming Obama, I think he needs to reconsider the actions he is taking out on America. Like a lot of people who would have voted for him would be the masses of African/American people in America and they are the ones we stereotypically assume to be those who are slightly “poor”. I think he does need some reconsidering to do because you do have a point that certain points like not giving free health care and cancer check ups are a matter of life and death so Obama should be a bit wiser on that and not really just do what he wishes to. I still do feel that Obama can to good things but everyone makes mistakes and maybe he will learn from them.
A really good article (quite biased) but you do have some valid points to support what you are saying so I’m kind of on your wavelength.
