Having heat in your house is important so you stay nice,comfortable and warm during the cold seasons. There are so many ways to heat the inside of your house which can be costly and are very effective in heating but still costly, because of using three or more different kinds of utilities to make heat. Plus there are many other ways to heat the inside of your house which use one or two utilities to get heat out and can be some what costly. Below I will mention a way to heat a room in your house that does not cost much.

What I am talking about is the use of candles as a heat source. Many years ago people have used candles as a heat and a light source, but back then they were unsafe because of using open candles without jars or lids.These days candles are much more safer because of them being in jars and many people use scented candles as a way to fragrance a room and they can also be used as a source of heat for a room.One candle will create some heat, but if you added a couple more candles in jars in the room and put them in safe spots on something,away from flammable items and out of reach those other candles will create even more heat for the room.

The best candles to use are the bees wax candles, because they are natural, smell nice plus put out a hotter flame, which equal more heat.Another kind of candle that is good to use is the candle with 2 or 3 wicks on them.Have a couple of those candles in jars in the room and the room will heat up quick.

Using candles as a heat source will not take the place of your houses main heating system, because you are using the candles to heat a room and the house heating system will heat the other rooms.The use of candles are in addition too and will make the room you are in and use most often a little warmer and you may possibly be able to keep your houses thermostat down a couple degrees.

If you are going to leave the room and or leave the house blow the candles out just to be safe.Keep the candles away from small children and in safe spots away from flammable stuff.
