A pencil should be used when person are planning on something they doesn’t confirm yet. Persons maybe doing a mistake when they are planning or sketching. When using a pencil, this mistake can be erased completely without leaving any effect on the paper surface. This may result the person with the better idea and plan. Pencil became more reliable to use as it did not leave a permanent mark on paper or other surface and still can be erased although already leave for a long of time. By this, person doing a very important job of drawing like architect and artist can correct their mistake in their drawing and planning a better way. It’s also suitable for kids who starting to learning. As already know, pencil can be erased so there should be no fear for a kid to have pencil if they are unnoticed make their shirt dirty because it still can be cleaned. Pencils also can be use when drawing and sketching. In drawing, there should be a sketch as the main shape to be refer when drawing the detail one and this sketch should be erased when all the drawing complete so that it would not affect the final one. The most suitable tool to use is pencil. Students also use pencil to jot down every important note by their teachers. Beside, teachers also should know what kind of pen he/she prefer to.  Different type of pen will result different mark of ink. Then, by using pen also, teachers are able to differentiate between student work and the mark given. Students usually use blue or black ink to make their homework or doing a test. And teachers usually use red ink to correct any mistake and give mark on any correct answer done by students. Pen comes in a various colour and teachers are able to choose. The most popular colours to do work are black, blue and red. These three colours usually used by all peoples including teachers.
