What do you think about plastic bags being banded in Florida? I think it would be a iffy idea on certain occasions like, for instance all holidays they should not be banded because people go shopping at some no name store and they have to buy there reusable bags for one use and then never use it again? i like what target is doing and giving people initiative to buy there bags and they get 5 cents of that bag. What has this world come to though because now to help save the world we have to get payed for it no that’s bull crap.
