In these days a lot of people got a kind of negative attitude in them.It is a by produt of the continuous stresses that we take to our hearts.What are we supposed to do when we feel like loosing a job or something bad even when it never happened.
1.Just take a long breath
2.Take in the positive energy in the nature and slow down your heart
3.Find a lonely place and try to haer a voice inside you.
4.List out the good and bad people around you
5.Bring their faces to your mind and pray for their goodness including the people whom you’re your enemy
6.Take a break,maybe a week long and spend the day in a splendid manner.
