Some years back it was pretty easy to get an adsense account as compared to the situation today. There has been a lot of competition in the market now and Google too has upgraded its standards for approval. However, when you have your google adsense approved; you need to play safe with it, lest your account gets banned.

A few things to take care of to prevent your adsense account from getting banned:

1. Do not click on the google ads on your page. You might feel happy to see the amount increasing faster; but this is cheating and Google is strictly against it. They are into serious business and they ban your account instantly the moment they come to know about your fraud. In case you find sudden increase in your clicks, contact google immediately. In case of fraudulent ones Google will revert back the wrong clicks and your account remains active.

2. In case you are banned earlier, and you open a new account; there are very remote chances that you will get approved with the same contact address of yours. And not of course with the same web address. In case you new web address gets approved, and you further change your address to your previous contact address that was banned; you will be banned again.

3. Read the terms and conditions and policies properly. Do not over-flood the site with ads. There is a limit for it. In case you over-flood with the Google ads and violate their policy you are sure to be banned.
