Just what I think about the use of profanity.
Profanity has absolutely no reason to be used. Profanity is only the use of strong words for weak people. It is the effort of a lazy and feeble mind to express itself forcefully. Words are very powerful; they give life or bring death. They can be used as weapons or even as shields. Why take these powerful things and use them in a bad way, as though not really caring about who it might hurt. A quote by Mark Twain says, “When a man uses profanity to support and argument, it indicates that either the man or the argument is weak. Profanity does not solve many problems; it’s actually building on more to the evilness of the problem. You don’t have to use these harsh words to get your point across. I mean every now and then I would throw a little minor one in there, but there’s a time and place for everything.
