Purpose:

The purpose of this seminar is to let the youth of the country know the vital depressions our country is going through. The democratic affect on the youth and the involvement of youth in affair of the country (Excluding the political side). The event is scheduled on the 16th of April 2010, Friday, at the Marriott hotel from 6pm to 9pm.

Audience:

As the organizers are from SUBSIST (Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology), we would like to invite students from different business schools. Our spectators would be from schools like

      SUBSIST (Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology)

      IO BM (Institute of Business Management)

      BIA Institute of Business Administration)

The seminar is not open to general public due to security restrictions and reservations.

A total strength of 600-700 people would attend the seminar, we would like to accommodate in more people but because of place restrictions and our limited budget we will only restrict people and limit them to 700. There would be no bifurcation or segregation in audience and male and female both would be the part of the audience.

Benefits:

Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf would gain publicity by this event and we will make sure your pamphlets or flyer’s are distributed or any mode of publicity is used amongst the audience. PT’S will have time to interact with the literate youth of the country and deliver their ideology to the students.

The students on the other hand would benefit from the vast knowledge delivered by Mr.Imran Khan and know the country well. Their minds would be open and clearer at the end of the seminar.

Secluded Forum:

The reason we need a secluded forum is so that the students can later accommodate with Mr.Imran Khan and ask questions regarding the speech. As this type of event is quite rare in our country, we need to have these sessions conducted more frequently so the students are more perpetual towards the subject. A private forum would be a best place to accommodate people of a similar group and avoid conflicts between group or people part of other political parties. Lastly, the purpose of seclusion is that we want Mr.Imran Khan as knowledgeable person thus to avoid any political collisions.

Venue Evaluation:

We have continued our survey for venue reservations and we personally think Marriott is the best place to hold this event, because

      The place is highly secured

      Comparatively cheap

      Private security guards are allowed inside the venue

 We are going for sponsorship hosting to accommodate our costs. Our main sponsors are PESO and PICT. We plan to charge a ticket per person for this event. The ticket prices would be fair, and we will charge a sum of PKR350. The tickets would be sold on first come first basis.

After the seminar we would have a small dinner occasion where organizers and party members would have time to interact.

Support from party:

We would really appreciate, if party members are there to control the audience, though we would be having our own volunteers. No personal pictures should be taken. We would certainly have terms and conditions printed on the tickets we sell.
