Is protein really necessary in the morning? I am trying to figure it out for myself.
I am wondering whether protein is really necessary for breakfast. I don’t feel totally full in the mornings when I am eating eggs, bacon and toast. I ate a bowl of oatmeal and i felt up to the neck after finishing it. I have been noshing on popcorn, dried fruit in between meals. I feel a few pounds lighter since I have worked on using good carbs instead of bad.
I don’t think that eating greasy eggs and bacon for breakfast is doing me any good in the mornings. I think that I need use so much greasy meat. I like lean meats always, but you have to eat some meat, I am not disregarding all meats. I get piercing twinges in my side from nervous stomach which is brought on by gas. I have been like that since I was four years old.
I guess if you are like this, you are going to have to start a new diet of some kind. I am trying grains like popcorn, rice, oats, and other dried fruits. It helps with digestion and other issues that I have been having. There are probably lots of dietary studies that proves all of these things to be true.
I hope that you have a wonderful day and consider adding grains to your day. It will probably help you to lose weight, your digestion, your overall health. I also found that terriyaki sauce is also great with rice and noodles. There are also sun dried tomatoes, whole grain pastas, spinach pastas and many other things that you can try so you will never get tired of eating healthy. I tasted a type of “healthy candy” that a friend gave me. It was like peanut brittle, but it was “sesame brittle bar” it was delicious. The only thing that I can find in my rural area is toffee sunflower seeds. That’s all for now, God bless you with optimal health and peace.
